The application for cathode material of the Lithium Ion Battery
Lithium Ion or Lithium Polymer Battery, now the main stream on the rechargeable battery, are still actively researched for the higher density or for less expensive materials. Our main references are in the raw material process of the rechargeable battery production, especially mixing, grinding and sintering processes. Although mixing/grinding and sintering are preparatory process, these play very important roles on the battery quality. We have achieved successful sales records on a lot of Battery companies and Battery material companies in Japan, United States, Canada and South Korea and introduce Hosokawa's references in the industry and explain some systems for mainly Lithium Ion Battery Cathode Material.
The process of ultra fine powder of high efficient catalyst materials
High efficient catalyst materials require ultra fine powders with very sharp top size limitations. As many products are sensitive to oxygen and humid atmosphere during the production process, a sophisticated grinding and classification technology is needed for such applications. Hosokawa Alpine is a company with over 100 hundred years of experience in the field of powder processing technology. The presentation is using the example of the new generation fluidised bed jet milling technolgy for close loop inert gas systems.
