KAWATA MFG. SHANGHAI CO.,LTD (referred to as Kawata Shanghai) was established in 1995 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kawata Corporation in China. It is an enterprise that integrates research and development, design, production, sales, and service of plastic molding peripheral equipment. At present, Kawata Shanghai has a production factory with an area of about 30000 square meters and multiple sales and service bases. Kawata Shanghai has obtained ISO 9001, ISO14001 quality certification, and CE technical standard certification. Since 2010, the company has been continuously awarded the title of "Shanghai High tech Enterprise". In 2022, it was approved as a foreign-funded R&D center in Minhang District, and in 2023, it was approved as a headquarters type institution of a multinational corporation in Minhang District. The company owns multiple patented intellectual property rights.
