Invitation for Visa Application:

  • Please find the attached form and fax back to us, together with the copy of your passport, business license, remittance voucher.

Note:

  • 1. If there are more than 1 person applying, please make the name of contact person. Visa services are only free for exhibitors. For others, it will be charged at the cost of RMB 500/piece.
  • 2. To speed up your visa procedure, you are recommended to apply for a tourist visa in your own country.
  • 3. The scanning copy of invitation letter will be sent to you from organizers. It is important to state the place where your visa will be issued.
  • 4. Consulate expenses incurred for visa application shall be fully borne by the applicant.

How to Arrive

Add: Shanghai World EXPO Exhibition & Convention Center (SWEECC)

By Metro

  • Exit 4 of Yaohua Road Station on Line 7.
  • Exit 4 of Zhonghua Art Palace Station on Line 8.
  • Exit 4 of Shibo Avenue Station on Line 13.

By Bus

  • The venue is served by multiple bus lines (e.g., 314, 787, 815, 610, 786) and provides convenient access to key river-crossing thoroughfares, including the Lupu Bridge, Nanpu Bridge, and Taopu Road Tunnel.

By Taxi

  • From Pudong Airport: Approximately 50 minutes.
  • From Hongqiao Airport: Approximately 40 minutes.
  • From Downtown (Puxi): Approximately 20 minutes.
  • From Shanghai Railway Station: Approximately 20 minutes.

By Car

  • SWEECC is located in the cross of Guozhan Road and Zhoujiadu Road which is easy to be accessed. It can be directly accessed through Lupu Bridge and Nanpu Bridge from the city center.
  • Please navigate to the E1 or E2 entrance on Zhoujiadu Road.
  • Park Lots: There are 792 park lots at B1 and B2 to visitors at the center.
  • Car park charges: CNY 10 = one hour; CNY 80 cap.

Park

  • At the intersection of Guozhan Road and Zhoujiadu Road, you can reach it directly from the city center by crossing Lupu Bridge or Nanpu Bridge.
  • CNY 10 = one hour, CNY 80 cap.
  • Cash payment is accepted, and Alipay, wechat or card payment is supported.
